What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?
The best thing is that I can easily help out friends and I can't honestly love the "just run the app" feature. I can also easily share files via network or just take over the PC and within a couple of minutes, my friends an family enjoying life without PC problems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can simply just help out any friends or family when they need help with their computer or simply just having trouble with something IT related.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like that I can't use it from the browser, it would save me a lot of time, however, I understand there might be a Windows or OS limitation that prevents this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I don't know if I could recommend to buy any plans or something like that, but for what it worth its incredibly easy to use so pretty much a must have.

What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?
It has the best device coverage, basically works on anything, it's integrated with CRM platforms which is a game changer for me personally.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The security features, such as malware protection, and remote data backup.
What do you dislike most about this product?
nothing actually, experience is smooth.

What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?
I believe the ease of use from TeamViewer is what sets it apart from its competition. It was one of the first tools that made it possible to remote into a different computer and over time the dev team for TeamViewer has managed to make the process more seamless than ever

ease of use
What do you dislike most about this product?
For Mac the software installation can be more straight forward as there is a couple of steps that needs to be done by the user before we can jump in
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If it is mostly desktop support I would not recommend a better software. However if they would be using it for Macs strictly I would ask them to look into the other options as well before considering TeamViewer
