The access and control on TeamViewer are unrivaled. We share desktops, remotely control devices, manage files, remote printing, mobile management, and more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
TeamViewer is a little complex to understand at the start and there are resolution adjustment issues when remotely accessing and making changes to remote desktop files and systems

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It ensures secure remote support that includes multi-factor authentication and advanced encryption. It allows us to manage files, print documents and transfer data once the connection is established
What do you dislike most about this product?
Make it easier to establish secure connections even when the internet connection is poor to allow us offer users remote support solutions in just a few seconds no matter their location
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Rather than talking through steps with a frustrated user, an administrator can log in and take over their computer through TeamViewer Remote Management solution. This is a huge timesaver and can alleviate technical and security problems created by inexperienced users

It makes it easy to access our computers remotely, Easy to share screen and record screen sharing sessions, Easy to use for people without computer skills, File sharing.

The UX design needs some improvements.

Teamviewer is best suited for remote access services. This software allows a user to access another computer, regardless of location or time
