What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?
It's the business standard. Setting up remote access for third parties was never easier
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ease of use besides that, it's free to use in non commercial activities, great for supporting family members
What do you dislike most about this product?
it's a bit tricky to setup unattended access
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a bit pricy in comparison to other products, but it's a business standard and very easy to set up / use. I certainly recommend!

What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?
Remote device monitoring to receive alerts for each device and patch management is one of the great features that I like most while working with my colleagues.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite thing is the automatic detection of devices such as printers, computers, and routers, and detecting valnuvrities is hassle-free after setup with team viewer remote management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface is hard to understand initially, it takes me almost a week to understand all its features. I think they should make it easier with future updates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will recommend this to install this remote management tool while working with the same network.

Easy to implement and use - cost effective too!

What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?
The most interesting differences are that TeamViewer is slightly more cost-effective than some of the other remote desktop software tested - it's also a lot easier to implement on mobile and a slew of other operating systems, making it extremely easy to implement no matter the system being used - it also allows for session recordings which make it easier to look back on certain issues during sessions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and implementation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Remote file sharing doesn't always work as fast as it could - but that also depends on the network speeds which vary in our organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at multiple options before drilling down on one, but also take into consideration if there are cheaper alternatives.
