What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?
You can control Windows devices remotely over the Internet for maintenance, etc. Paid licenses are available for long-term connections. Since the corporate version is a concurrent connection license, it can be shared without purchasing another for each user. It can be connected regardless of the network environment of the connection destination, including optical lines, mobile routers and tethering. As long as it is connected to the Internet, it can be used for various purposes, such as construction work without overnight holiday visits and VPN router configuration work at overseas bases.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can easily share data by copying the necessary files and URLs to your terminal and pasting them to the connection destination. You can share information with the users of the connection destination using the chat function. It is possible to communicate during maintenance, even when making phone calls is difficult. Etc. The functionality is also very satisfactory. We have created a seamless maintenance environment by publishing the customized equipment viewer in executable file (EXE) format on a dedicated site and allowing customers to download it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If the terminal I need to connect to is a terminal that a remote desktop has already operated, it cannot be used unless configured in the active window. It may be a technical specification, but I hope to improve it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a remote maintenance environment for servers and clients, this product was installed in response to user inquiries, and we could respond without waiting. Install it and ask for the connection number and password. In addition, it can be used whenever there is an Internet connection environment, and it is good that a separate remote device is not required. Registered users can share the connection destination, so the support department started using it, and it is now possible to perform maintenance and answer queries quickly.
