What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asset discovery and management. Know our IT hardware and software assets. Incident and problem management. Easy to access to the service catalog, knowledge base, and project portfolio. User will be able to visit client portal to search, find and request technology related information.

I am not sure other than a database bases product versus a file storage based product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Assessment tools seem to be robust

What do you dislike most about this product?

Emails sent from product are difficult to read (so much information before and after the message, sometimes the message is difficult to locate particularly if it is short).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk to the people who submit the tickets, not the IT people who implement and use the product.
