It's full featured and more inexpensive than a lot of its competition

TDX allows for multi-department ticketing in the same service catalog page for end-users

Asset to contract to vendor relationships aren't easily represented in the system yet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The features are conducive with the needs of our environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product does not include an out of box solution for some of the integrations that will be needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone considering this product should do a thorough review of all of the features prior to making a decision. I can attest to the fact that they have the highest level of support and will work with you to overcome any obstacles that may be presented.

What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

TDX support before, during and after implementation was (and is) a big factor. Also, ease of use, ease in customizing to our needs and the capabilities built into the product is what sets it apart.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The iPaaS product has made customizing the ITSM to our needs really simple and easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to pick something, it would be allowing the self-service portal to have more options to allow it to be customized. But our needs are unique to our industry.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try and talk to clients who have the product.
