Has more templates to use the solution to customise the template and create good looking survey, as well as the cost of the solution is cheaper compared other tool
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I do like how easy it is to customise the solution especially the templates and you start collecting survey
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not seen serious technical issue with the solution besides it being expensive to use

Especially with regard to our wide variety of policyholders, the multilingual capabilities of the platform have been essential to reaching our base of policyholders, automatically translating surveys while strictly adhering to regulatory requirements. It renders the advanced dashboard for reporting that will help to visualize customer's sentiments in an instant on a particular product line.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is with perfect alignment to the requirements set forth by the industry that the platform's robust data security measure guarantees that all customer feedback stays confidential and in compliance with current data protection regulations. Creating template libraries for the different products saves huge amounts of survey development time. Product development strategy is informed by the data collection features, which help identify correlations between customer demographics and product preferences.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It needs to be integrated with specialized CRM systems, which may require additional intermediary solutions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When we launched our new variable product, there was a huge gap in our market understanding that became clear only after we developed our new platform and the platform's amazing analytics helped us understand a key piece of the puzzle.
