What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?

Quality of analytics and reporting for surveys is unmatched in my opinion. As a team, we have leveraged Surveymonkey's integration with our existing data visualization toolset to gain more context and insights around our survey data. Being able to achieve the aforementioned, is testament to Surveymonkey's quality integration with third party apps, we use at work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drag and drop survey builder which makes it fast to build surveys. I should mention Surveymonkey's template library as well. The quantity and quality of templates in this library has prevented us from needing to build our survey templates from scratch, most of the time. We simply choose from the library and customise slightly to fit our needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited survey channel distribution options, especially for offline survey sharing. Branching and skip logic options are not intuitive enough for me and can be a lot better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For those who can do without offline distribution of surveys, they should look no further than Surveymonkey.

Below are some of the differences of SurveyMonkey enterprise from other similar products: 1. Advanced analytics and insights 2. Customisable survey template and branding 3. Integration with various third party tools eg HR and CRM system 4. Enhanced security and compliance features etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scalability for large-scale surveys and complex projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, I don't dislike anything about the product at the moment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get it if you need it, because it is worth having. The merits are more so, why not get it.

Unlike basic survey equipment, SurveyMonkey Enterprise permits companies to maintain strict manipulate over data garage locations, making sure compliance and protection for sensitive statistics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing is pretty high in comparison to a few competitors, making it hard for smaller agencies or startups to justify the investment in employer capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For the ones new to the platform, leveraging pre-designed templates can shop time and ensure a expert look while retaining survey effectiveness. These templates help streamline survey advent with out the want for great design efforts.
