What differentiates Sugar Sell from other similar products?

The lead management. It is a totally directed to the new leads, follow-ups and sales! Every move has to be directed towards sales.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The automation of campaigns through intelligent actions based on the behaviour of the lead.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting direcly on SalesFusion is way too difficult. It has the tools, but is not too intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have it integrated to a CRM.

What differentiates Sugar Sell from other similar products?

The software provides a robust search feature that allows you to search by name, phone number, and other data values that I need. A standard profile account view would highlight the key information in the configuration of the presentation card

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The system is easy to use in theory. The UI is decent and processes are intuitive. The price point is attractive since the company boasts that it parallells other higher-priced options in features and functionality. The onboarding was fairly simple and adjusting to the system was not difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SugarCRM has a great set of features that outperforms many competitors. It comes with round the clock support and user forums for quick fixes and learning

What differentiates Sugar Sell from other similar products?

It has an easy to use and learn interface, a dedicated support that works across the clock and responds immediately to issues and be sure, they will solve it. They are focused on what matters most to any marketing team: streamlining campaign creation, understanding engagement, improving conversion and driving more revenue

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the email editor, their ability to generate and test dynamic content. A/B testing. In short, I love how I can easily create campaigns, automate them, follow-up and generate reports without struggle. This makes our work easier but very efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like everything about Salesfusion

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is easy to learn and use. It will save you time, resources and increase your revenue.
