What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

SproutSocial is a great social media management tool for organizations, businesses, and nonprofits alike. It gives you a daily, weekly, and monthly calendar view of your draft, completed, and scheduled social posts and the channels they are associated with. It’s very easy to set up a ready-to-publish or scheduled social media post, add text, captions, hashtags, and graphics, and pick the best time for your post to be published based on your follower activity and social analysis trends.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Love the calendar views and being able to see what has been posted, still in draft mode, or scheduled. Also enjoy how easy it is to customize and set up social posts and pick the correct page/channel to post to.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The analysis and monitoring components can be a bit difficult to maneuver and not always reliable. The reporting aspects can sometimes be estimated and not exact.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend using SproutSocial for its intuitive platform capabilities and easy of scheduling social media content.
