What differentiates Sprinklr Marketing from other similar products?

We have an amazing general team, and the implementation of global campaigns is essential with Sprinklr. We benefit from its nature for all the efforts paid on social networks. This platform gives us the benefit of having everything in one place, and it is something we do not miss.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I consider that the program has excellent advantages that mainly fill me with satisfaction. Sprinklr has many capabilities and provides the tools you need to run a cohesive the paid program. In addition, the customization that can be applied is quite surprising to make sure you are tracking everything you need to generate reports. Another essential element is that it allows me to see an overview and a high-level update of all current and past campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support is changeable in response; sometimes they respond quickly, sometimes they don't; they need to improve in this aspect to keep users happy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sprinklr is well suited for multiple teams working together to use a single tool. It is helpful for brands running numerous paid initiatives on several different platforms to monitor or turn ads on and off quickly if a PR issue arises.
