It is an easy to use and very intuitive software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like better attention from your technical team, especially at the time of configuring and installing the program, when doubts arose. Some dashboards could be more customizable, but you can work well the way they present them. The price may be a little high, but given that the software brings so many tools and functions that have helped us improve in our work, I think it is worth the cost.
