What differentiates Smartlook Analytics from other similar products?

It's very easy to use and to implement unlike other similar platforms

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Recording are easy to view and read. Has clean dashboard interface and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's the Best have no negativities towards it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great with tracking website errors. It also analyses user behavior in many different ways so I highly recommend it to anyone

What differentiates Smartlook Analytics from other similar products?

This tool offers the possibility of effectively monitoring how different users interact on social networks, it also helps us to improve our user interface so that our users have a better experience, it also helps us to plan the technical and marketing strategy To update our application, it also provides developers with relevant information that allows them to work in order to improve and strengthen the organization's services, the features rival some of the more expensive tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform is very easy to navigate and understand, we also like the large amount of information it provides, it is very easy to integrate and we obtained the results within a week of implementation, we also like the fact that we can observe how they behave our on-site customers on the way to completing a purchase, I also like how easy it is to create funnels and tag items on the page to track events, the session recording feature with intricate details like where the user made a tap, too I like the option of adding events and that they can be linked to a selector.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things that I don't like about this tool are the avatars that are shown next to the user information in the recordings, I think they should be more organic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this application for the incredible management that it offers to all its users in general, it is very intuitive and easy to use, it offers great features that will make the process much easier.
