What differentiates ShareFile from other similar products?

We choose ShareFile because of the security around their file sharing model that keeps content safe by eliminating the need to download files or attach them to emails. ShareFile keeps documents safe in their original location, and makes them accessible via secure link whenever and wherever they’re needed, from any device. This allows us to also wipe the files from a lost or stolen device.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our favorite feature of ShareFile is that we can easily share files with a few clicks across devices. Our users have been able to quickly use ShareFile with very little training and minimal changes to their workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

ShareFile is an excellent product and I honestly can't think of many areas where they can improve. It has helped us keep oversight and control over our data and allows our staff to easily access the data where ever it is needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ShareFile will help you keep control over your data and make your organization more secure. Work with the sales team to see and demo the product. I am sure you will love it as much as we do.

What differentiates ShareFile from other similar products?

By syncing and transporting the data I use and share with others to my laptop, ShareFile distinguishes itself from other web-based storage systems with system security and encryption as well as the Windows Explorer extension. It offers the best search engine to find any kind of document anytime you need it and a big storage space to upload a lot of files and backups. Additionally, real-time communication and business-class file sharing combine to boost productivity through automated workflows that you can configure and manage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Safe file storage. Audit logs and configurable permissions. Encryption of emails and files. File sharing via a link with a specific expiration period. Quick folder settings. Ability to configure workflow schedules.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They could reduce how often we have to reset passwords. Browsing user folders in any web browser is slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sharefile is very useful whenever you need to access many large files at once. Unlike other electronic document signing solutions, there is no limit to the volume of documents you can send each month. Workflow automation can also help you be more productive.
