The communication with the team behind the product and their openness to taking feedback and improving the product.

The user interface could be simplified a bit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of the excellent customer service and customer success teams when onboarding as there are many features available. Ask questions on use cases that your business may have since they are most likely covered with the breadth of features servicePath offers, and the team can point you in the right direction.
