The simplicity of setting up cost structures, templates, and discount rules is what really sets this product apart from the competition.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ServicePath CPQ significantly improves the pricing process. The ability to set complicated configuration rules that deliver results in a timely and consistent manner leads to a gain in productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are very few things that I don't like about this program but I do admit that the program has many functionalities that are sometimes unnecessary.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it to others more than anything because of the exceptional customer service this program has, whenever we have had problems they have always been there to solve any problem or concern we have.

Due to ServicePath's ease of use and simple design, our company's quote and order processing processes have become much more simplified.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As a new user, I sometimes feel like there are a lot of steps to complete basic actions. However, I anticipate that this will change as I become more familiar with the application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From a sales perspective, the outcomes that are visible to customers are more transparent and appealing, thus I think this approach is great for well-managed portfolios. It is for all this that the program carries out that I recommend it.
