What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?

SAP is a complete LMS with different modules (learning, talent management, development ...) A lot of report exists and you can create and customize you own reports SAP is a reliable software with experts as support team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

the design and the fact that the tool do not evolve (no new features, no digital content...) and every customizations cost a lot

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend to purchase this product if you are looking for a complete LMS. I think this tool is perfect for big companies (minimum 1000 employees)

What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?

It's very easy to use, especially for new employees during the onboarding process. It is easy to track employee training and career planning. I like how it also ties into LinkedIn learning.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to use and can be linked to LinkedIn learning.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes trainings don't show up when they should.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend using it, it is easy to use and has a wide variety of training options available.

Feature rich and hence can be considered in your top list while considering other software. SAP ensure its reliability and robustness and support . Some minor shortfalls can easily be ognored
