What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?

Ease of access and versatile application integration. I could easily track my team members' performance, provide them feedback and integrate everything with PowerBI/Tableau for visualization and report generation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Faster reflex in terms of tracking the activity with SAP's integrated products is the most favourite aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, the app takes too much time to reflect the data updated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should defenitely consider purchasing this software if you are going to manage multiple level teams in your organization. Real life saver
