What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?
SAP SF is dynamic and very user friendly product. The UI offers a lot of features that can be done very conveniently by any front end user.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy and quick to understand. The product and it's specifications offers all that one would need as a package to cater better services in their organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As this product is still enhancing and developing a lot of functionalities and features in it's every bi-annual releases, there's nothing to compliant about.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SAP SF offers a package suite services. It gives you an end to end solution on your day to day activities and Enterprise resources planning. It's a great product to support Human Resources activities and ease the work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SAP SuccessFactors offers multiple solutions and modules for comprehensive HR management. You can select a license tailored to your specific needs, such as Employee Central and payroll processing. The platform facilitates employee self-service and management self-service. Its mobile app provides convenient access on the go and boasts a user-friendly interface. Secure storage of employee files and data is a valuable feature. Recruiters can easily access the organizational chart for data retrieval.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to its nature as a public cloud service, making extensive customizations tailored to a specific company's requirements is not feasible. Some elements, like profile information, necessitate additional customization, including adding more skills, certifications, and educational details, which are currently not very detailed at the employee level. Employee data, including salary information, is relatively high-level and could benefit from more detailed expansion.
