OTC process very intuitive, ease of integrations and addons including EDI, Boyum etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of EDI integrations, table and field structure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The wish there was more available career choices in the current job market supporting SAP EDI integrations.

Make full use of functionality and the correct people on staff to support and use the product.
