Very frustrating to use if your client has Ariba

What differentiates SAP Business Network from other similar products?
3 of our client currently use SAP Ariba and I have used it previously within another organisation. It is an unnecessary extra addition to invoicing, in a world where we should be automating SAP Ariba adds a step for customers. So wasting time would be a differentiater

I assume it would help its clients track PO's well
What do you dislike most about this product?
The extra work that it caused for customers of the clients that have adopted SAP Ariba
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Push the platform to be more automatic, it shouldn't add extra work for the customers of its clients
