Easy product to implement and easy to use. Lot of features from basic to complex. Integration with the application landscape.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Userfriendly and not lot of change management to perform

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with S/A Hana ERP.

Make sur of your need of integration with the SAP back end if required.

What differentiates SAP Business Network from other similar products?

The admin panel is easy to use and fully featured, and the UI keeps getting better every month. I have also contacted support a couple of times through the dashboard and they always respond quickly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything else positive I see in the support ticket, they help with your customers every day, if you are busy or don't have time, the support goes in the middle and helps the other person (this is very important).Handling billing with the software is often stressful, but Stripe is a joy to work with and I wish all the products were up to their standards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I guess if I had to say one thing it would be that if a customer gets their account number wrong, it takes 4-5 days to find out that the payment didn't go through and they usually don't provide a reason. I don't know if this is something that could be changed, but it's a bit inconvenient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It launched its first product ipgeolocation.io two years ago and we used Paddle as our payment processor for the first time. I really appreciate the way Paddle manages everyone's payments, payment links, subscriptions, VAT, GST and sales tax brilliantly.
