We can search and manage leads in real time and also track metrics. It has a database management for customer lists. In short, it is a tool with a lot to offer its users, it is a very clean and pleasant process, everything is great.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Everything is good, functions, features and above all the results it leaves are always excellent, there are no complaints from us.

This is a powerful solution, with many capabilities for the organization, it is good for growing companies that are mid-level that need to scale and seek to grow economically. 1. Difficult to work on Salesforce for a non-technical person 2. Error in some large orders payment processing 3. Lack of regular updates 4. Content management issues

Highly recommended, for all those who are looking for new implementations, they should go with basic Lightning versions instead of Cloudcraze managed package, it would be really good.
