What differentiates Robly from other similar products?

This product is very helpful in creating, managing, and balancing all the tasks related to email campaigns to make it work efficiently. It is known for its drag-and-drop intuitive interface which helps in navigating the function of Robly. One of its unique features is its OpenGen. It helps in resending the email to the recipient in case he didn't open the previous one, thus improving the rate of engagement with customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As I was looking for a software that is feature-rich and has a solution to every email marketing-related issue. It has very user-friendly features with powerful capabilities of automation, and highly customizable templates, making it a game changer for my working team. Also, its intuitive interface, mobile-friendly apps, its robust automation capabilities including follow-ups and dripping improve streamlining the marketing and engaging the customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main thing, I come across while working with it is the limitation in its integration with other platforms. This restriction also restricts us from using it in different ways, hence limiting its proficiency. This created a hurdle for smoothing out our tasks because we had to deal with multiple CRM solutions and third parties to finish our tasks with high accuracy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a highly recommended option for all those who are searching for a solution to deal with their email marketing in a much more effective way. But one thing should be considered by potential users to evaluate their integration requirements. It is a worth exploring device for everyone who wants effective software to enhance their email marketing.

If there is a sitewide issue with the software, Robly should contact the end users and communicate that there is an issue, they are working on it and an ETA, Instead, what often happens is the end user runs test after test, troubleshoots, etc. and wastes time before contacting customer support to be told there is a sitewide issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a shot! Much better than many competitors.
