What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

I havent tried any similar products yet, and I believe they all have their own uniqueness. But Rippling is just different in a way that theyare very helpful ang accompdating, and is always willing to cater you on things you need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything is my favorite. It is so easy to use and client friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dont think I have something I dislike about this product because I really love it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go ahed and continue using it because it will make your life easier.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Unlimited PTO policies, streamlined processes, and AI support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UI is simple. The payroll process is very streamlined and intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes having to explain in an email what type of support is needed takes a while versus picking up a phone. But the chat helps with this on occasions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The pros and cons are always a factor. The end product is the solution. If your goal is to have a solution or tool that your staff will appreciate because if the ease of use, Rippling is it. Our staff raves about Rippling and I appreciate that. It helps me to continue to learn more about our software.
