What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Organizing employee affairs with it is very effective. I liked that Rippling provides collaborative features that enable all staff to take roles in managing human resources. With Rippling, each employee has a private account, through which they can conduct many transactions with complete independence. Requesting vacations, issuing payrolls, adding new documents, knowing vacation balance and overtime wages ..... .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I liked that Rippling enables team leaders to schedule vacations or send memos to their teams and conduct evaluations smoothly. It is great that the presence of Rippling has improved our relationship with the human resources team and we no longer burden them with requests due to digital forms, which any employee can access the form he needs, fill it out and send it directly, and it is great that we can know the status of the request and receive the response automatically through our accounts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have experienced the smoothness of procedures with Rippling without any complications. The control panel is great, and I review it daily to see updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Rippling has made human resources management simpler. By enabling employees to access their data and participate in managing their employment affairs, transparency has been enhanced and unnecessary objections and reviews have been reduced.

Incredible tool, could use more customization

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

The customer support is very expansive. The chatbot inside of Rippling answers my questions 9 out of 10 times. That one other time is usually remedied by a webinar or resources on Rippling's resource pages. And if not, an employee is always available to escalate my case. I've never felt like I couldn't find an answer for something one way or another. They are very dedicated to making you self sufficient, but will always have your back.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy running payroll is now. I'm able to do it in about 10 minutes when it used to take me a few hours minimum.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the password management was a bit more flexible! If you have to restart your password, you lose your personal vault storage...

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask about contract length and subscription details when adding seats. Turns out if you hire and add some seats, you can't take away those seats for that annual contract. So if you hire and then unexpectedly lose employees, you will still have to pay for those seats. Would've been a nice heads up, but I learned that after we signed.
