What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Rippling is forward thinking compared to other systems I've used. There is a lot of functionality and it provides workflows that automate certain tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integrations and automations

What do you dislike most about this product?

The company has been around a while but acts a bit like a new company that hasn't quite figured things out yet. They have made changes that affect our payroll without telling us, some of the basic reporting isn't there or doesn't work properly (turnover for example), T4s for Canadian emploiyees weren't right and so on. Their support team often doesn't seem to know how to rectify things or just points you to help articles that aren't relevant.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Decide how much you're willing to fiddle with things that don't quite work right before going ahead. We are committed now but I'm not sure I'd choose Rippling again if we were starting from scratch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The onboarding process is super smooth. New hires can get added to payroll, benefits, and even receive their work laptop, all through Rippling — it’s fast and automated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features can be a bit complex at first, especially for smaller teams. Also, customer support response time could be faster in certain cases.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Rippling is a great choice if you want to manage HR and IT in one place. Just take some time to explore the platform and set it up properly to get the most out of it.
