What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

The benefits enrollment was the smoothest and most intuitive platform I've ever encountered. The payroll pages are smooth and easy to navigate. The platform overall is easy to access and use. It feels so much more refined than other systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use! I'm in a hurry. Give me the information I need and let me go on with my day. Rippling makes that easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I hope that the employee management side of the system continues to evolve and become more searchable and more reportable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jump in! Your employees will be happy and saving time.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Rippling is more intuitive to use. It's very seamless to locate what you're looking for. It's also clear that Rippling is created by humans who actually care about what they're putting out into the world. Their product is a bit whimsical while still be incredibly streamlined and clean.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity in requesting or approving (or changing or canceling) time off requests

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is slightly challenging to locate quickly your base pay.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

See if you can sign off for a limited contract. A trial period isn't quite enough, but once you get the hang of it and have had time to integrate your other platforms, it's really seamless.
