What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
From past experience with products with very obsolete interfaces, it is a delight to come around a tool like Rippling, that made things 100% manageable and easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything is so easy to find, and the visual icons are great, and they help you identify the features without much effort.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our payroll used to be processed a day earlier and after Rippling was introduced, that changed and posed a small challenge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a product that will improve your company's productivity in the work force management area Rippling is just what you may be looking for. From my personal exposure to it, I see how much higher the quality is compared to many names out in the market.

While there is room for improvement in some areas, such as providing quicker solutions for specific challenges like time tracking adjustments, the overall quality of support meets our expectations. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Rippling simplifies HR processes with an intuitive and user-friendly platform, making it easier to manage tasks like payroll, benefits administration, and employee management. It is particularly beneficial for small businesses and organizations, helping save time and reduce the frustrations often associated with other HR software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One drawback is that time tracking for irregular schedules, such as splitting hours across the day, could be improved. The platform can make calculating non-traditional work periods more challenging, which may be inconvenient for users with flexible or non-standard work hours.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Simple, easy, intuitive, comprehensive, and user-friendly for both administrators and end users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy the technology makes it for the end-user, allowing for great efficiencies and simple actions allowing for greater employee productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s lacking the analytics and dashboard I would expect of a great product like this. I know it’s on their roadmap, but it’s also well passed it’s delivery date, which is disappointing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s a no-brainer. I’ve been in HR for over 20 years and have never come across an HRS product I really liked until Rippling.
