What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
The rippling effect simplifies the environment significantly. Time cards, vacation requests, insurance information, and more are all conveniently located in one place. In addition to being very easy to use, it was also created to be as straightforward as possible. I'm really glad it's being put to use at work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My problems with HR, payroll, and benefits enrollment are now solved. It's helpful for viewing W-2s and stubs, setting up direct deposit, and controlling how much money goes where.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The left-hand menu's collapsible components took some getting accustomed to, and the animations weren't necessary but slowed down navigation. When I try to enter an email address into the login page's email field, it rejects my entry as invalid until I type in the very last few characters.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Primarily, it's been useful for resolving concerns pertaining to my salary, benefits, vacation time, etc. Never have I had to ask a staff member for assistance because Rippling handles everything automatically.
