What differentiates Radware APM from other similar products?

To reduce numerous security risks, the network uses Radware Bot Manager. Primarily for the purpose of identifying, removing, and managing bot traffic coming from mobile applications, APIs, and websites. As I work in the financial sector, protecting people's money is our top priority. Radware Bot Manager aids in this effort.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A straightforward way for identifying website visitors who might be bots is provided by Radware Bot Management. And by determining a user's potential to be a bot, we can handle them accordingly. There are several integration possibilities available. Connectors can be used in programming, a web server, etc. With ShieldSquare, false positives are incredibly infrequent. Also, their support team may examine traffic to a particular piece of content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The precompiled connection to Radware Bot Management should be sent to nginx. I believe their captcha screen might use some UI/UX improvements to make it more intuitive for users to know what to do if you want to show captchas rather than block. I informed support of this when I spoke with them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This endeavor is aided by Radware Bot Manager, which guarantees that your platform will offer the best security service. The brand-new, improved non-human bot identification technology is widely used on all customer-accessible platforms and has been a huge success. Malicious bots have no access to it. I would without a doubt recommend Radware Bot Manager to anyone in need of bot mitigation solution.

What differentiates Radware APM from other similar products?

The decision would finally come down to a feature list, price, and bulleted comparisons of capabilities, cost, and scalability if every firm worked this way. Our Radware staff has been at our side throughout the process, both when things go well and when they don't.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Identifying requirements, purchasing, provisioning licenses, and setup are all simple processes. Fantastic customer service and a good product with a proven track record of durability. The leadership connection with India provides an extra emphasis and level of attention on any sales- or support-related demands. From Radware, a cloud service, The provision of protection by web application firewalls (WAFs) guards against threats to web applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There was a time when we didn't get a heads-up about maintenance windows, and one of them affected us. If we had known, we could have solved the issue faster. Since then, the service has been exceedingly attentive. Live access to logs is excellent; however, depending on your organizational structures, setting it to report to your SIEM is easy but could take some effort. Each subaccount must be created.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When installing a new Cloud online service that required security, using this product to extend into the cloud made the most sense and offered the best confidence level. We met the need for a critical WAF cloud service with built-in DDoS defense in our cloud-based front-end and orchestration system. Being able to watch attacks as they happen and having alarm systems that alert you.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Trustworthy

If every organization operated this manner, the choice would ultimately boil down to a feature list and price, with bulleted comparisons of capabilities, cost, and scalability. Our Radware staff has been by our side throughout the entire experience, both when things go well and when they don't.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy process from requirement identification to purchase, license provisioning, and setup. Excellent product with a track record of excellent dependability and fantastic customer service. The leadership connection with India further provides the necessary focus and attention on any sales- or support-related needs. Cloud Service from Radware Web application firewalls (WAFs) protects web applications from threats by supplying protection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There was a point when we didn't receive a warning about maintenance windows, and we were impacted by one of them. We could have dealt with the problem more quickly if we had known. Since then, we've had incredibly attentive service. While having live access to logs is fantastic, configuring it to report to your SIEM is simple but may take some time, depending on your organizational structures. Each subaccount needs to be set up separately.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It made the most sense and provided the highest assurance for us to use this product to extend into the cloud when installing a new Cloud web service that required security. Our cloud-based front-end and orchestration environment's demand for a vital WAF cloud service with incorporated DDoS protection was satisfied. The ability to observe attacks as they take place and the alarm systems that let you know.
