By seamlessly integrating the software into our workflow, we've been able to quickly collect and analyze valuable insights from our target audience, allowing us to make data-driven decisions that resonate with our customers. Even people who don't know much about computers can use the software, so we can gather customer feedback easily. The software's analytics help us identify customer behavior.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Qualtrics CoreXM is flexible, which helps us stay ahead of the curve in marketing. Qualtrics CoreXM helps us gather feedback on new products and gauge advertising effectiveness. It also helps us anticipate customer needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would love to see the addition of more advanced predictive analytics features. Integrating these capabilities would further enhance our ability to anticipate customer needs and preemptively address any pain points they may be experiencing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Qualtrics XM for Strategy & Research from other similar products?

A wide array of features to monitor customer behaviour towards a new Product and especially the Dashboard Design is so well detailed

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Interacting with Dashboard on Qualtrics, the Realtime dashboard, and also the automatic update is a Superb feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not Beginner friendly, it has a lot of complex programs, that needs extensive tutoring and learning, but after going through this initial first stage it is wonderful experience from there.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Though it is Pricey, it is the best when it comes to VOC related Programs, and it makes Getting Detailed and Functional Customer feedback easy.
