What makes ShareFile different is its ease of use and robust security. I can easily share large files and know that they will always be protected.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about this software is its ease of use and intuitive interface that makes it very easy to upload, share, and collaborate on documents with my team. Plus, I love the ability to access my files from anywhere and at any time through the cloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, the only aspect that I slightly dislike is that ShareFile can be a bit expensive for small businesses or individual users. Despite this, I consider the investment in this software to be worth it for all the features and benefits it offers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In summary, I would recommend ShareFile to any company looking for a comprehensive and secure file management solution. Its ease of use, security, and collaboration capabilities make it stand out from the competition, and I am sure that any user who tries it will be satisfied with its results.

ShareFile has become our go-to tool for secure file sharing and collaboration in the IT department. It’s the kind of solution that works seamlessly in the background, making life easier for both the team and our end users. With strict compliance requirements and a never-ending need for file sharing across departments, ShareFile delivers reliability, security, and ease of use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I find most helpful is the secure link generator with detailed tracking. You don’t just send a file; you know who accessed it, when, and how many times. It’s a great confidence booster when working with external parties. The seamless integration with tools like Outlook also simplifies sharing—no need to bounce between applications, which is a blessing during busy days.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app. While functional, it sometimes feels clunky compared to the smooth experience on desktop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ShareFile has streamlined our file-sharing processes while keeping compliance requirements front and center. We’ve reduced the use of insecure workarounds, and audits are no longer the stress-inducing events they used to be. It’s clear, easy to track, and most importantly, secure—exactly what an IT organization needs when handling sensitive data.
