What differentiates Pipeliner CRM from other similar products?
It could take a long time for a construction project to go from the planning phase to obtaining an occupancy permit. Jobs are monitored as they move through Pipeliner's various build stages. The ability to associate many accounts and contacts with a single assignment offers a crucial overview of all involved parties at any given stage.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We required a program that was simple and quick to use, and we were able to easily modify it so that the ui reflected our sales procedure. As a result, our client acquisition approach has been much enhanced, as has departmental teamwork and the ability to spot and highlight important patterns and data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no way to maintain a contact's Sales Position in the Purchasing Center. The Sales Role needs to be reassigned to the same individual for each position. Throughout the day, we repeatedly perform this inefficient action. It's also not easy to find what you're looking for because search results aren't sorted alphabetically.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our company's business development staff is now more effective, more organized, and better able to follow up on new prospects thanks to Pipeline CRM.

What differentiates Pipeliner CRM from other similar products?
I love that it is a drag and drop platform so it’s super intuitive for anyone to use and visual learners especially. It’s easy to throw up on the screen in meetings and move things based on projects and leads and sales live in the meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the ability to customize the fields and the ease of building reports. The dashboard is well thought out and visually pleasing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integration with phone systems are a bit complicated but still doable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend doing the demos for sure and then drawing out your ideal workflows before building any on the platform. That way you will be able to tweak it on the front end rather than having to switch things really often.
