We lean on it when testing new site features or refining journeys around account areas and post purchase experiences. Watching how customers interact with specific elements helps us clean up friction points and adjust messaging where confusion kicks in. It’s also handy for validating whether new features actually add value or just look good.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The behavioural tracking is where it shines. Heatmaps, feature usage trends, and in app guidance give us clear feedback loops. The ability to layer qualitative insights on top of quantitative data helps shape smarter decisions across product, sales, and digital.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are moments where reporting could feel more intuitive for non product users, and deeper ecommerce event templates would be a plus.
