What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Paylocity is more than a payroll system. Beyond payroll, it includes features that help HR manage new hires, recognitions, and recruiting. There is also an extensive learning section with training on Paylocity features and other work related topics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the Time & Labor dashboard as well as the ease of configuring new employees. The AI assistant is a plus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The report section takes training to use well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you intend to include self service kiosks, please review the instructions before implementing them.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

The ease of access, and the amount of self-reliance available to the end users is what differentiates Paylocity from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My personal favorite aspect of this product is the ability to operate multiple systems through a single user interface as opposed to having to integrate outside software in order to get anything done.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing that I dislike about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend anyone considering this product be aware of how to manage your finances and how to record data as the software is very easy to use but is very dependent upon the end user being self-reliant.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

It is easy to use, all information is easy to locate, management tools are great, it works as expected, to approve timecards or time-off is very simple, very user-friendly and good interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that information is easy to locate and that you do not need to invest time in getting to know each feature because it is really simple to use, approving time-off is easy so this is a plus .

What do you dislike most about this product?

The major thing I dislike is that you need to log in whenever you have to work on it or to create a pause-stamp, it does not take long but if the same could stay logged in it will be a great update.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That take the chance to prove it mostly because of how easy is to manage information and how easy it is to use, also great customer support whenever is needed.
