What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Overall, Paycom is more user friendly and intuitive than most others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of reporting! Not only are there many standard reports to choose from, creating a custom (and easily edited) report on the fly and on demand is super easy. And the a la carte aspect of the system - you only pay for what you use/need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it's not easy to figure out how to adjust a setting. It's a powerful system and can be a little complicated at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure your set up is accurate from the start and definitely structure the implementation to include Position Management. It will save you a lot of time and effort down the road!

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Paycom has all of the capabilities that I need, integrated into one product for Payroll/HR. It was the most customizable product I looked at when reviewing all of my choices. It beat out ADP, Paylocity and Paychex.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration. We use several of Paycom's modules and each one has worked really well for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has many layers and sometimes you had to make changes in a few places instead of in just one and have it transfer to the other places.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this product to others for the functionality alone. Any HR or Payroll professional should love it.
