What differentiates Oracle E-Business Suite from other similar products?

Oracle EBS Financials is the most effective ERP tool for handling finances. It offers each component required to keep up a firm's financial operations. The product, which we recently upgraded to a newer edition, has taken care of our main accounting chores. Oracle has drawn criticism from some clients for being more challenging to use than rival systems like AX.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Implementations were usually stable despite specific data security issues. Because upgrades weren't thoroughly vetted, they feature a few minor flaws. P patches sometimes affect items that need to be specified explicitly in the patch. Excellent customer and people service consistently. Technical staff available to assist with product and future planning. We have successfully built several adaptations to solve any missing feature in this product, which has ultimately delivered on its promise.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The oracle alters things over time since it is mature. Sadly, Oracle is still using the outdated change management approach in light of how quickly the competition is growing. The whole suite consists of supplemental modules that must be configured to work as a single, integrated system. Any error won't result in the expected results.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good enterprise solution; however, setup cost more overall and took longer than expected. Within the first year of operation, unstable data volumes caused by corrupted or too large data volumes arise. The Account Payable package is lovely, and the AR, GL, and FX packages are top-notch. Inventory reports need to be changed right now for our business. The majority of changes originate from all accounts combined.

What differentiates Oracle E-Business Suite from other similar products?

It is a very well established product, older than I am. So there are lots of support articles online if needed and a large pool of resources who can support eBus. As most university have some Oracle classes most IT staff have a sound undertstanding of the product. Secondly as eBus is widley used across all industries most business side people will have used this or similar SAP.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Functionality is great and covers all business areas that we need. Oracle CRM modules, under the eBus suite, are very good. The Order Management and Warehouse Management systems are excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The licence system seems out of date for the cloud era. The product is time proven great but the licence costs are stuck in the pre Cloud computing age.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a best of breed suite of tools, similar to SAP Planning, and covers the whole stack, cloud and enterprise.

What differentiates Oracle E-Business Suite from other similar products?

Oracle E-Business Suite is the name of the package that brings together enterprise resource applications of Oracle, provides end-to-end digital solutions to companies, and which we hear and will hear a lot as ERP applications in the market. aka EBS. We can say that it is a product of the Oracle brand / company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Oracle E-Business Suite is the name of Oracle's enterprise resource applications suite. More generally, it is all of the applications addressed as Oracle's ERP. E-Business Suite has many modules from finance to logistics, accounting, purchasing, human resources, wealth management. Oracle E-Business Suite has business intelligence applications, all platforms and process management programs for corporate companies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not very user friendly software in my opinion. It has many functions, many features, but these can sometimes be annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

E-Business Suite Oracle has its own applications such as Oracle Financials, Oracle HRMS, Oracle CRM.
