What differentiates Oracle NetSuite Expense Management from other similar products?

Originally it seemed flexible. It is not flexible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Visibility on all expenses, bills etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not flexible at all. All upgrades mess with existing scripts. WMS is garbage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Unless you can use out of the box find something else.

It is a really powerful expense management system but it is quite expensive to be honest. If you are a huge organisation with complex expense policies, then this is for you.

Love the how it can handle so many policies and approval workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is really expensive.

It is useful if your expense policies are complex and you need a powerful system.
