What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform's mobile application component is the element I detest the most. In view-only mode, the mobile application functions correctly. It might be more user-friendly, but changing or modifying anything through it is a little tricky. The system frequently crashes and is a tad clumsy in several places. We also abandoned integration because of yet another flaw in the procedure.
