What differentiates Oracle NetSuite ERP from other similar products?

Overall, NetSuite is a great ERP system for our company, and is easily customized to fit our business needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Netsuite is a great product with a lot of capabilities and customization. Every process we strugged with from our previous ERP system, they were able to implement a solution and customize to fit our needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

NetSuite is expensive, it was the most expensive ERP system we looked at. Then they charge you for every additional module, or any customization on top of their out-of-the box package. They also charge you for support hours so it can get very expensive. They did not have a great reporting package included, so we had to purchase a separate reporting system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, we are very happy with NetSuite but it is one of the most expensive systems out on the market.
