“Once you define your objectives and needs, it’s really easy to use despite its complexity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It offers so many features and is so extensive that it can be complicated to use and understand all its tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be very transparent with your point of contact and clearly establish your objectives so that during onboarding they can address your specific needs. Otherwise, with a more general approach, you may lose a lot of important information.
