Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) guides customers through a step-by-step process of entering a correctly configured and fully detailed purchase order. Once a correctly configured order is entered, the CPQ solution responds with a price quote including all the proper discounts, terms, and conditions for this specific customer. If the customer accepts the quote, it then becomes an order. The solution improves order accuracy, shortens sales cycles, and lowers operational costs. What differentiates Oracle CPQ from other similar products?

Discounts bundles and approval rules are automated which reduces manual dependency. Better quote accuracy wrong configurations and pricing mistakes reduced significantly after implementation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow approvals and pricing governance seem quite mature compared to competitors. The integration ecosystem feels inherently smooth especially with the oracle stack.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Implementation isn't easy genuinely speaking, setup and customization require a lot of planning and expert involvement. It may feel like overkill for small companies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle cpq is an enterprise grade configure price quote platform that streamlines complex sales workflows pricing automation and product configuration management.

With its powerful configuration capabilities, Oracle CPQ allows users to generate quotes and complicated orders quickly and easily by configuring products according to customer needs. The experience is fantastic and saves a lot of time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to reach an agreement with the supplier. Simple to monitor and control. Using the product is very easy for the average consumer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customizing the schema can be complicated. The learning curve for the first steps could be steep. CPQ tools can be complicated at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, setting up Oracle CPQ was a worthwhile effort as it greatly accelerated sales of goods, services, and solutions for the company.

One of my favorite things about Oracle is how simple and straightforward it is. Both management and employees will find it easy to use, and it efficiently communicates vital information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like Oracle since getting even the most basic information requires a lot of verifications and processes.

Since it can quote products and keep tabs on all pricing offers, both past and present, I think it's a great tool.
