Its test run and defect management capabilities are perfect but have not intuitive screens

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ALM Octane is used by my organization for planning, tracking and support of products. It is also used for Analytics and Reporting as well. It helps and supports high quality delivery during all the life cycle of a application
