What differentiates OpenText Software Delivery Management from other similar products?

Yes Some unique feature makes it different from others those are like : -> It is very light weight and having an user friendly UI, which make it easy it use . -> Integration with 3rd party application is quite easy. -> Availability of lot of useful widgets and you can customize the as per your use case as well. -> Details Test report generation .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Yes we use ALM Octane widely in our organization it's very useful and helpful too. Some of the advantages are -> Easy for Bug-logging and keeping track of the bug status with dependent teams . -> Integration with DevOps tools to achieve continuous integration . -> It's very useful when you are working in Agile to manage work and Tracing your releases as well . -> Lot of widgets are available now to achieve different functionality . -> There are a lot of predefined reports and you can create your customize report as well . -> Very supportive customer support team .

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a great product but some small enhancement if they can do it's going to be more helpful like -> filtering need to be improved , when you are searching something specific . -> Should support integration with more ID'S and third parties software . ->The licensing cost is also a bit high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are working in a Agile project It's going to very useful for you to manage you task as well as resource Seamlessly .You can plans you release and trace is properly . We can integrate it with DevOps tools as well to do continuous testing to ensure the quality of builds. It is very easy to use and having an user friendly interface too. So if you are working in agile the ALM Octane definitely is for you it will help you to keep everything on track and will reduce manual effort .
