What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
OnBoard is better than other programs because it has good customer support, is easy to use, and has many features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Those who have been invited to the meeting benefit from having the most up-to-date information possible since I can quickly construct an agenda and update it on a daily basis. As an added bonus, the voting function is quite useful to us. My favorite feature of the Resources tab is that it allows me to share sensitive information only with individuals I've asked to do so. Help and instruction over the Internet are good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd want the Help section to be a bit more user-friendly, however. Please provide a table of topics for the Help resource in one entire booklet. In certain cases, such as voting, there are several procedures that must be recalled.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a board content sharing tool, I would suggest OnBoard to people who want to reduce the amount of email and paper they use. It has simplified and expedited our communications, which is critical when dealing with board members.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
It was a game-changer for us, and I am a huge fan of its uniqueness in all areas. It not only allowed us to perform board management better and more simply, but it also allowed us, our directors, administrators, and executives, to maximize their abilities and make greater use of their strengths.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
OnBoard has made it fully easier for us to uncover meaningful data and orchestrate board and leadership initiatives, giving us more information to move on with confidence. It always gives us precise, accurate, and logical data and smart analytics that we can use for making greater, speedier, more knowledgeable decisions to increase performance and to increase the chances of efficiency gains.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have a challenging use case that has necessitated certain workarounds, but that is entirely our fault for being overly convoluted. It's not as simple to transfer files in the file system, and some file formats aren't supported. Bringing in big numbers of users is costly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
OnBoard is crafted in a very unique way, it is extremely user-friendly and clever software and helpful for everyone from administrators to board teams to leadership teams that enable them to achieve more and get more out of their interactions. Firms should implement it to simplify and streamline board management.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
OnBoard is a program that costs less and has a very good customer service, it is much better than other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With the Minutes Builder and the ability to fill up a meeting's schedule and agenda from a Word document or by replicating a meeting in the OnBoard system, we are quite pleased. What a time-saver this is! We've found OnBoard's voting tool to be incredibly user- and admin-friendly, and our board members appreciate being able to vote through their phones. It's simple to make adjustments in real-time when motions are made or altered. The software has received a lot of praise for its ease of use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A few times the system has kicked me out of Minutes Builder or other panels, but I've always been able to get back in with no problem.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use the free trial to create test plans and bundles. As an additional option to directories, consider surveying, approval, and e-signatures.
