What differentiates Omnisend from other similar products?

I tried a similar vendor and Omnisend by far was much more seamless, easier to navigate, and support is always available and continue to follow up/

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the ease of use, and the features available to me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't really dislike anything about the product. If I had to name something, I is pricier then the previous vendor I was using. However, It is still affordable and I am about to upgrade.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think they should give it a try. The product itself is great, but what I appreciate the most is the support team. I can't stress enough how wonderful it is to be able to rely on such an attentive and responsive support team.

Omnisend has a clear and e-commerce focused analytics dashboard, which is visually laid out to make it easier to quickly grasp what is going on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Slightly limited flexibility in email builder, with some design elements being quite rigid.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of the free plan first, testing your welcome series and abandoned cart series to see how well the emails perform.
