What differentiates Notion from other similar products?

After using the product for about an year, I can notion is best tool out there in productivity and collaboration due to its ease of implementation and integration with other workspace like Microsoft office tools, Google spreadsheets.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very easy and effective to collaborate on notion with team. The new generative AI they have integrated with their product gives summarization of reports and data which results are good. But all of the above I like how diverse work templates notion provides for different tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Notion has a markdown file editor structure and sometimes non technical people find it complex to do their tasks on it. Also, the product is operates fully online as a web app, though it comes with offline feature however most of the features are accessible through online

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Notion is an all in one tool for productivity, which provides lot of unique features. I would recommend to first define your use case and then start working on the tasks.

What differentiates Notion from other similar products?

Is great as a collaboration tool, my team personally used mainly for documentation, product team used a lot for planning and documentation, marketing use it for campaign management; so what I can say is that is really flexible tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Is intuitive and easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

I hate the poor text customization, is really hard to do some basic things like making toggle lists with big font-size

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider your use case, what do you want to do with the tool and if you need to integrate with other products understand how the integration works to make sure it suit your needs
