What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?
With New Relic, we were able to reduce system load and fine-tune the auto-scaling capabilities of our Kubernetes clusters. Among the many excellent contemporary monitoring solutions on the market, Newrelic stands out.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is great with very useful functions. When it comes to monitoring infrastructure, synthetic data, and application performance, New Relic has you covered.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Steeper learning curve to understand NRQL than third-party tag-based systems. Small businesses may find the product a bit expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tools used before New Relic did not provide useful information and alarms were late or post hoc 99 percent of the time. Plus, the New Relic panels are fantastic and allow you to quickly focus on problem spots.
