What differentiates Namely from other similar products?

Its simplicity. I've used a bunch of different software and I always had to go through hoops. Namely gave me everything I needed with the least amount of clicks. It reminds me a lot of Google in the beginning. Easy to use - no explanation needed. For someone in sales who needs to see things quickly, its perfect. I remember when we first started using Namely after switching from another vendor and the whole sales team was so happy at how little we had to click around to get to everything we needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Again... it's simplicity. As a salesperson, you want what you want when you want it. Namely gives me that. I've never spent so little time in a site but got so much out of it. To me, that's the best part. If you were tracking usage of a site, they might have thought we logged in and then got out quick for some negative reason. Quite the opposite! It was the speed we were able to get in, see exactly what we needed and get out that made us all love it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, I never disliked something about it. It's too simple to dislike anything. You get ONLY what you need. No more and no less.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a lot of super functionality and bells and whistles it might not be for you. If you want simplicity and your team not wasting a lot of time in a site looking for things, this is the site for you.

Easy to integrate with the payroll and ERP system Best tool to manage whole company’s payroll & benefits Offer very personalized services by reminding employee’s work anniversary, birthday and other special occasions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very user-friendly with an amazing GUI Provides hassle-free access to employee information Easy to update employee information It is indeed a cakewalk to navigate Namely

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times, there are errors in customized & PPP reports Challenges in enrolling people into benefits I have witnessed challenges in uploading individual documents to employee files Doesn’t remind the employers on when the work permits of the employees are expiring Issues in meeting the diverse needs of a big corporation

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Must work on simplifying the setups in payroll Must focus on boosting the customization of reports

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The implementation is easy; It is really intuitive for all who use the software. Even non-HR teams can understand it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes, tax rates and updates are not updated timely. fortunately though, support is helpful in remedying issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

for upcoming start-ups and smaller scale businesses looking to grow, this is a great introduction and tool to get started on.
